Acceptable use

The Platform's design, written analysis and compiled database are the original work of John Investments Limited and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Company names, logos and trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, John Investments Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
